Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your boudoir experience with "Velvet Skin". Booking your Photo Shoot In order to secure your photo shoot, a partial payment is due at the time of booking (The Soft Launch package requires full payment at time of booking). While this deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferred to a rescheduled shoot that must be booked within 90 days of the original booking. This deposit secures your photo shoot and the pre-shoot meeting with Ashley. The remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours of the session date. Failure to pay remaining balance by the designated date may result in a canceled photo shoot. Canceling or Rescheduling your Session Life happens- Ashley is very understanding! Please communicate any need to cancel/reschedule your session as soon as possible. Canceled photo shoots will forfeit their deposit and their scheduled booking. Clients are encouraged to reschedule; you may reschedule your photo shoot ONCE, and this must occur within 90 days of the original booking. Ashley reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a photo shoot; if Ashley is the reason for the cancel/reschedule, client has the option of either rescheduling their shoot or requesting a refunded deposit. Additional Questions Ashley is always open to answering any questions you may have. You are encouraged to reach out to her via email for support, as well as share your thoughts during your pre-shoot meeting. Liability This photographer’s liability for any claim, breach, or damage is limited to a refund of deposit paid. This photographer is not liable for personal, indirect or consequential damages to client or clients' property before, during or after the photo shoot.
